Aren't they all just beautiful? So far (ahem) I've got The Beautiful and the Damned by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Hound of the Baskervilles by Arthur Conan Doyle from the Clothbound Classics collection, and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte from the English Library collection. Needless to say, there's many, many more I'd like to get my hands on!
Are you a fan of collecting series? Do you
OMG....so pretty...and yes...I'm a sucker for pretty covers and series. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteOhhh those clothbound classics! I'm collecting those because they're so beautiful, but it's a slow process as I'm only getting those I've already read and enjoyed. They look so lovely all together on my shelf though.
ReplyDeleteI have a few of the Penguin EL ones, but not on purpose - I wanted the book and it just happened to be that edition. They're nice, but I'm not overly bothered.
The Fitzgerald ones are beautiful - shame I don't like the author that much!
You always find the coolest stuff. These are so beautiful. I especially love the cloth-bound series and the great food series!
ReplyDeleteI saw the Great Food series a few months ago and fell in love. They are SO pretty!
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of collecting series. Currently I working on the Agatha Christies released by Black Dog & Leventhal-I have 16 of 24 and will be trying to get more in 2013. I love the gray picture with the black words and the colorful background.
ReplyDeleteI love those Agatha Christie covers, they're gorgeous
