Bookish Buys: Vintage Classics

For a bit of a different Bookish Buys this week I thought I'd focus on actual books. More specifically, the Vintage Classics collection from Random House. There are so many unique covers and even though I've already got a few of the books, I'm tempted to buy doubles just for the design! These are some of my faves...

The Vintage Classics are available online from Fishpond, Booktopia and Readings.

  1. OMG, these are so amazing! I can't get over how incredible the artwork is. I think I may have to purchase a few of these myself. Great find!

  3. I'm not crazy about the Mitford covers, but the other ones are lovely. Have you seen the Persephone books? The covers aren't anything too special, but they have fantastic endpapers and come with matching bookmarks.

  10. My local library just got in a shipment of these (I'm in the UK, where they are widespread) and I had to resist taking out copies of books I already own, just so I could read them with a nicer cover :P
